You can use a limited range of CSS properties and values.By default, you'll be taken to the page for entering Custom CSS. If you've never used CSS before, fear not - it's easy to pick up the basics. Skins are created using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The page will reload using the selected skin.

Select the skin you want by clicking the "Use" button. Go to the Public Skins page where you can view all publicly available skins.Simply select the skin you want and select 'Update'.

Under the 'Site Display' section there is a drop-down menu where you can choose from all approved and publicly available skins, as well as your own skins.
